Big Baller Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Big Baller platform, creating an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all products offered on BigBaller.click, including but not limited to PBA Betting, live Sabong, Bingo, Color Game, Fishing Games, and all sports betting odds markets.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Big Baller platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. Big Baller recommends that all members re-read these terms whenever they are updated.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register a Big Baller account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for gambling under Philippine law.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a Big Baller employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Big Baller platform for any reason.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

Big Baller reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a government-issued ID (passport, Philippine driver's licence, SSS ID, or PhilSys ID), a selfie with the ID, and proof of address dated within the last three months. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Big Baller account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any other person.
• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which Big Baller strongly recommends for all accounts.
• Logging out of your account whenever you are using a shared or public device.
• Notifying Big Baller support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Big Baller will never contact you by email, SMS, or phone to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication asking for these details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to Big Baller support immediately.

All activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been performed by you. Big Baller cannot accept liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your own account credentials.

04 Deposits and Payments

Big Baller accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods only: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded.
• Deposits are credited to your Big Baller wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• Big Baller does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with them before transacting.
• Big Baller complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual or suspicious deposit patterns may trigger a review and temporary account freeze pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name on your Big Baller account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 10 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals (InstaPay, PESONet) may take up to 2 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Big Baller VIP Gold members receive priority processing with an average withdrawal time under 5 minutes. Diamond Elite members receive near-instant processing.
• Big Baller may request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal above ₱50,000 or where AML review has been triggered.
• Withdrawals requested during system maintenance windows may be queued and processed as soon as maintenance is completed.

Big Baller does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees incurred on the receiving end are the responsibility of your payment provider.

06 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all markets on Big Baller. Specific rules for individual sports, Sabong, and casino games are available within each product section of the platform.

• Minimum single bet: ₱100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event type.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by Big Baller, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is available and exercised before the event concludes.
• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Bets placed after an event has started (excluding live/in-play markets) are void and stakes returned.
• Big Baller reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement — whether due to system error, data feed delay, or any other cause.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for a payout. If one leg is voided, the parlay continues with the remaining legs at recalculated combined odds.
• For Sabong: Meron and Wala bets placed before pit time are binding. If a fight is declared a Draw (no contest), Meron and Wala stakes are returned. Draw bettors receive an 8:1 payout.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

Big Baller periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to members. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Promotions are available to eligible members only. Eligibility criteria — such as minimum deposit amount, minimum odds, or specific game types — are stated on each individual promotion page.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 5x the bonus amount unless specifically stated otherwise. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds have been exhausted. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as bonus funds until wagering requirements are met, at which point they convert to withdrawable real money.
• Big Baller VIP Club cashback is calculated on net weekly losses (total bets minus total winnings) for the seven days ending Sunday midnight. Cashback is credited to your wallet every Monday morning automatically — no claim required.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using bonus funds in a way designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
• Big Baller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members who have already triggered a bonus remain entitled to complete its terms as they existed at the time of crediting.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Big Baller platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where required, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Big Baller account, whether under your own details or those of another person.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with Big Baller.
• Money laundering: Using Big Baller to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. Big Baller cooperates fully with AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) reporting obligations.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate the outcome of any Big Baller game, bet, or event.
• Using bots or automated software: Any automated tool, script, or third-party software used to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform is prohibited.
• Exploiting system errors: Placing bets on odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical malfunction. Such bets will be voided regardless of outcome.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or assisting a person under 21 to use your account or the platform in any way.

09 Responsible Gaming

Big Baller is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire membership. The following tools are available to all account holders at no cost and without any impact on your membership status:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 72-hour waiting period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No bets or deposits can be made during this period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or long-term close your account. Options range from 6 months to lifetime exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the chosen period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Big Baller platform — including but not limited to logos, design elements, text, graphics, game software, odds data, and the BigBaller.click brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Big Baller and its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Big Baller content is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and may be revoked by Big Baller at any time.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Big Baller's liability to any member for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Big Baller is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or third-party network failures.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Decisions made by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority that affect Big Baller's ability to operate specific markets or products.
• Losses resulting from a member's reliance on information, tips, or analysis provided by third parties — including content on social media or external websites.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your Big Baller account, bets, or payouts, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your concern with Big Baller's 24/7 customer support team via live chat or by emailing support@bigballer.click. Provide your account username, the date of the relevant transaction or event, and a clear description of your complaint.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If your concern is not resolved at first contact, request escalation to the Big Baller compliance team. You will receive a formal written response within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Referral: If you are not satisfied with Big Baller's response after completing Steps 1 and 2, you may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR, which exercises regulatory oversight over Big Baller's operations. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction is binding.

All disputes must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Big Baller will not consider disputes raised after this period unless there are compelling exceptional circumstances.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Big Baller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Big Baller will notify active members by email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

For minor amendments — such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates to reflect regulatory changes already in force — Big Baller may update these terms with immediate effect and post a notice on the platform. The current version of these terms is always available at bigballer.click/terms-conditions with the version date displayed prominently at the top.

If you do not agree with any amendment, your remedy is to close your Big Baller account before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Big Baller operates under a licence issued by PAGCOR and is bound by all applicable Philippine gaming laws, including Republic Act 9287 (cockfighting regulations), the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and all PAGCOR regulatory memoranda issued from time to time.
